Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an eight-week program in which participants meet in a group setting to learn cognitive behavioral techniques and mindfulness exercises designed to increase nonjudgmental, moment-to-moment awareness of bodily sensations, thoughts, and emotions.
