What: A skills-based group that focuses on building group members’ capacity for taking note of his or her experience without judgement. Participants will engage in experiential practices such as guided meditation, breathing training, and more.

Why: Being mindful opens up space for greater peace, centeredness, and adaptive decision-making. 

When: 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesdays. 

Cost: $40 per group session per week; some costs may be covered by insurance.
