An Exploration of Mindfulness

This skills-based group focuses on building your capacity for being present in the moment, and taking note of experiences without judgment. Building mindfulness skills opens space in your life for greater peace, centeredness, and more adaptive decision-making. You will learn to bring a compassionate awareness to your thoughts, feelings, and sensations, and will learn how to observe these experiences by “stepping back.”


When: 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesdays. 8 weeks, starting late Sept.

Where: University Psychological Clinic, 500 E. Washington St., Suite 100, Ann Arbor, MI 48104.

Paid parking is available on the street as well as in the connected structure. A bus stop is right out front of the building.
