Deadline for Aug. 2015 Autism Training Workshops is July 10
The application deadline has been extended to July 10 for the Introductory Clinical Workshops covering the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, second edition (ADOS-2), including 1-4 and the Toddler Modules. These workshops provide a unique space for individuals to practice administering, discuss, and learn more about the ADOS-2. The Advanced Research Workshop for the ADOS-2 Modules 1-4 is for professionals who want to further their clinical competence with the ADOS-2 and work toward establishing research levels of reliability on the administration and coding standards. The ADOS-2 workshops are offered August 10-14, 2015.

Our Presenter: Dr. Fiona Miller
She is a licensed clinical psychologist who directs UCCF’s program in the diagnosis and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). As a Phenotyping Consultant, she has contributed her diagnostic expertise to large-scale research initiatives examining the treatment efficacy in clinical trials as well as the role of genetics in the etiology of ASD. In addition to her work as a clinician and supervisor, Dr. Miller is an international trainer on the ADI-R and the ADOS-2. In this role, she has provided training to psychologists, social workers, pediatricians, psychiatrists, speech therapists, special education consultants, and researchers in North America, Europe, and Asia.
