Professional Interests: Anxiety, depression, grief/loss, identity development, family of origin concerns, second-generation issues, work/family balance, career and academic/graduate/professional stressors, intersectionality between multiple social identities, and influence of cultural/community context

What is your approach to therapy?: My therapeutic interventions are tailored to the individual. I approach therapy from a culturally humble stance and incorporate an integrative approach. I lean heavily into Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), self-compassion, mindfulness, and a multicultural and systems framework.

What is your approach to wellness?: I enjoy mindful walks in nature, exploring art museums, experimenting with new recipes, trying new restaurants, traveling, and connecting with loved ones
