The Mary A. Rackham Institute invites prospective applicants to attend an open house for the MARI APA-accredited Psychology Internship Program.
This session is intended for doctoral students in clinical, counseling, or school psychology programs who are interested in applying for internship through the APPIC National Match. Attendees will learn more about MARI’s training model, clinical opportunities, supervision, internship tracks, application process, and the broader University of Michigan and Ann Arbor communities.

What You’ll Learn
During the open house, prospective applicants will have the opportunity to learn about:
- The Adult Track at the Psychological Clinic
- The Child/Adolescent Track at the University Center for the Child and Family
- The Autism-Spectrum Disorders Track through UM-ACTS
- Psychotherapy and assessment training opportunities
- Supervision and mentorship
- MARI’s scientist-practitioner training model
- The APPIC/AAPI application process
- Intern life at MARI and in Ann Arbor
About the Internship Program
Interns match to one of three training tracks: Adult, Child/Adolescent, or Autism-Spectrum Disorders. The internship begins in mid-August and runs for one year.
