All of our clients have experienced a brain trauma (through a stroke, injury, or illness) that has left them without the ability to speak, read, write, and/or comprehend language in the ways they once did. We use a Life Participation Approach to Aphasia (LPAA) to focus on building applicable skills in individual, group, and real-world interactions.
We offer numerous treatment options for our clients, including:
- An intensive in-person aphasia program.
- Full and part-time options.
- Teletherapy sessions.
- Support and education for care partners.
- Virtual groups and social hours, to connect with others with aphasia.

The therapists go above and beyond just the ‘trying to speak and communicate’ portion of the therapy. They also help with the clients’ other individual struggles.
