  • Organization
  • Time management
  • Prioritization
  • Planning
  • Task initiation
  • Following through on responsibilities
  • Staying focused and on track

Participants do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis to join the group.

What participants will learn

During the eight-week group, participants will have opportunities to:

  • Develop practical organization and planning strategies
  • Strengthen prioritization and time-management skills
  • Identify barriers that make it difficult to begin or complete tasks
  • Practice new strategies in a structured, supportive environment
  • Learn alongside adults experiencing similar challenges
  • Build confidence in managing responsibilities and daily routines

Why learn these skills in a group?

A group setting allows participants to learn and practice strategies alongside adults experiencing similar challenges. Participants can share ideas, consider different approaches, and receive encouragement as they apply new skills in their daily lives.
