Do you worry about what other people think, avoid social situations, or find it difficult to feel comfortable around others? The Social Anxiety and Skills Group helps adults develop coping and interpersonal skills, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and gradually face feared social situations in a supportive group environment.

  • Develop coping and social skills
  • Practice facing fears using evidence-based exposure strategies
  • Build confidence in a supportive environment
  • Connect with other adults facing similar challenges

Why choose group therapy for social anxiety?

A therapy group offers opportunities to practice new skills with people experiencing similar challenges. Participants can apply what they learn in a supportive social environment, receive feedback, and build confidence through direct experience.
