As of March 7, 2022, we have changed how clients make credit card payments for services received at MARI. When we asked clients about their overall experiences with MARI, responses were overwhelmingly positive about the services received and the people our clients have interacted with. However, how to find and pay bills was noted as difficult and required multiple steps using non-intuitive forms. As part of our ongoing commitment to continuous performance and quality improvement (PQI) in all we do, we set out to correct the challenges of making payments online. We have now streamlined the process for all involved!
To make a payment, you must first log into your MARI patient portal account (clinic ID = mari). All current clients have portal accounts. New clients are walked through the process of signing into their account for the first time before they first receive services at MARI. If you are an active client and you are having trouble accessing your portal account, please contact our call center during regular business hours at (734) 615-7853 or send a message through the Contact Us form to troubleshoot. If you have forgotten your password, please follow the prompts in the portal to reset it.
