MARI Patient Portal Outage
NOTICE: All University of Michigan networks were taken offline as of Monday, Aug. 28. While most have been recovered, the situation continues to limit MARI’s and clients’ access to our secure digital records system and phone systems.
Clients trying to access the MARI Patient Portal may find they cannot log in or that the connection will time out before loading. Staff are not able to retrieve appointment information or to schedule new appointments, and some phone services are spotty, dropping calls. You can contact us via the secure web form or through calling (734) 615-7853, but please be advised that our response times may be longer as a result of the limited access.
If you have a teletherapy or in-person appointment scheduled with a clinician, please continue with the appointment unless you have specifically heard otherwise.
